Terms and Conditions of Sale
Payment and Terms
We are open 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders require prepayment with check, cash and Visa or MasterCard. Sales
tax will be added to all California transactions. We will not accept responsibility
for incorrect orders. Please verify email receipt for order accuracy.
Freight Charges
Merchandise is shipped the best way according to weight and size. Prices are
F.O.B. point of manufacture.
Items shipped via UPS or FedEx are prepaid and freight will be included on your
invoice.
For merchandise shipped via truck, Display Case Stor will determine the freight charges
and send you a quote for approval before processing your order. Display Case Stor does not
set or control freight and shipping charges. Freight charges will be included in invoice amount unless
otherwise stated. Please note that the Motor Freight delivering carrier is only
responsible to move the shipment to the tailgate of their truck. It is up to
the receiver to arrange removal from the truck to their building. You may
however, for an additional charge, specify lift-gated delivery or inside
delivery. You may also request the carrier to call 24 hours before delivery at
an additional charge so that you may arrange for help at the delivery site for
unloading the shipment. Recently, an important change that the carriers
have implemented is the Non-Commercial Delivery Charge. There will bee at
least a $50 additional charge for deliveries to private residences, apartments,
mini-storage units, correction facilities, schools, churches. or other locations
not generally recognized as commercial establishments.
Shipping Damages, Claims, or Shortages
UPS or FedEx shipments
Customer is responsible for inspecting goods upon delivery for dmage or shortage.
Call Display Case Stor to notify us of the damgage so that we can
arrange for UPS or FedEx to inspect the damage and have it returned. DO
NOT throw away shipping boxes, UPS or FedEx will need to inspect these to process your claim.
Truck - Motor Freight Shipments
Display Case Stor will not accept liability for damages caused during transit by a Freight Carrier.
Our responsibility ends when the freight
carrier picks up your merchandise from our locations.
INSPECT YOUR SHIPMENT FOR DAMAGES BEFORE SIGNING THE DELIVERY RECEIPT! Your signature for delivery
signifies acceptance in good order unless specified differently.
Concealed Damage must be reported to the Carrier within 48 hours of receipt of shipment.
All cartons and packaging materials must be available for inspection and claims consideration. Customer
must file claim with carrier for damages. In the event that the truck driver cannot give you the time
neccessary to inspect your shipment, mark "Driver would not wait for inspection-Possible concealed
damage" on delivery receipt.
Refuse the shipment if there is obvious damage to the outside packaging or if you suspect
the merchandise is damaged and contact Display Case Stor.
Returns and Cancellations
Cancellations
Stock item order cancellation before shipment is subject to a 30% handling charge. Manufactured to order items such as showcase,
are non-cancelable once production begins.
Returns
Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization from Display Case Stor. Returns must be shipped
prepaid and in original cartons in new condition. A restocking fee of 30% will be assessed for returns for reasons
other than defective merchandise. Custom ordered items and large ticket items such as showcases are
not returnable. Please inquire before ordering.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Please verify prices with us when placing your order.
Catalog information is normally reliable, but is not
meant for any guarantee as a warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
Suitability of products for purposes used should be verified by the purchaser.
